观点:Core Competence(核心竞争力)
1.只有Core Competence才能产生Value
2.四个特征:Value to buyers/Rarity/Robustness(Hard to imitate)/Non-substitutable
3.体现为企业的CSF(Critical Success Factors),用KPI(Key Performance Indicator)衡量。
观点:Strategic Capacity(战略资源)Threshold+Unique
1.Threshold,门槛,想要成功必须达到
2.Unique,企业独有。表现为:Competence/Resources/Knowledge/Cost Efficiency
观点:Parent对SBU的管控方式
1.Portfolio低价买进,高价卖出
2.Synergy各SBU之间起到协同效应
3.Parental母公司投入资源,add value to SBU
