　　ACCA对其专业资格**阶段的考试进行了创新设计，将于2018年9月以全新的战略专业阶段（Strategic Professional）考试取代当前的专业阶段考试体系，同时还将于2017年10月引入全新的职业道德与专业技能模块（Ethics and Professional Skills module）。

　　全新的设计强化了专业资格的广度和深度，更加注重就业能力与核心技能在现代工作场所中的实际应用，其中包括：

　　战略商业领袖（Strategic Business Leader）——这是一门基于现实商业情境的创新案例考试，培养学员运用现代商业所需的专业知识和技能，进行决策制定和衡量，并在整个组织机构中进行有效沟通。

　　战略商业报告（Strategic Business Reporting）——这门新型考试将使学员接触到更广泛的财务和商业报告情境，培养他们的重要技能，从而向利益相关方解释和传达商业交易与报告的意义和影响。

　　职业道德与专业技能模块（Ethics and Professional Skills module）——作为**在2008年向学员开设职业道德模块的专业会计师组织，ACCA对当前的职业道德模块进行了重新构建。新的模块将培养学员具有现代工作场所必备的专业技能。

　　ACCA重大革新的消息大家很早就都知道了，但是改革后的试卷以及大纲有可能你还不是很清楚。

　　一、改革后的P1P3怎么考？

　　Strategic Business Leader(以下统一简称SBL)是综合案例题目测试，考试总时长为4小时，从样卷信息来看SBL考试共分3个大题以及若干个小题。

　　从样卷信息来看，SBL第一大题占到了60分，第二三题总共40分，考核的问题围绕一个大的Case展开，起码5页纸以上的阅读量，总分里大约有有80%是硬性技能分数，如商业模型运用等，20%则为软实力专业技能，如职业敏感度。

　　职业敏感度主要考察考生是否具有企业高管的专业素养，能否第一时间发现问题，并在紧张压力下有条不紊滴提供解决方案，具体体现在设计灵活且横向的跨部门有效协调机制、立体商业嗅觉展现、分析态度、怀疑态度以及综合测评能力。

　　以实战气氛凝造为主，将考生视为企业准高管，Advisor与战略制定者，对单一企业所面临的多维度问题进行多元化非系统性陈列。信息来源以文字叙述为主，同时伴随调查问卷、董事会报告、综合报告、邮件、图片、甚至excel表格。考生需身临其境，快速入戏，无模板式答案可循。

　　二、想要通过考试，需要掌握新大纲要求的内容：

　　A**能力

　　Apply excellent leadership and ethical skills to set the‘tone from the top’and promote a positive culture within the organisation,adopting a whole organisation perspective in managing performance and value creation.

　　B公司治理

　　Evaluate the effectiveness of the governance and agency system of an organisation and recognise the responsibility of the board or other agents towards their stakeholders,including the organisation’s social responsibilities and the reporting implications.

　　C公司战略

　　Evaluate the strategic position of the organisation against the external environment and the availability of internal resources,to identify feasible strategic options.

　　D企业风险控制与风险管理

　　Analyse the risk profile of the organisation and of any strategic options identified,within a culture of responsible risk management.

　　E科学与数据分析

　　Select and apply appropriate information technologies and data analytics,toanalyse factors affecting the organisation’s value chain to identify strategic opportunities and implement strategic options within a framework of robust IT security controls.

　　F企业内控与内部审计

　　Evaluate management reporting and internal control and audit systems to ensure compliance and the achievement of organisation’s objectives and the safeguarding of organisational assetsG计划与投资决策

　　Apply high level financial techniques from Skills exams in the planning,implementation and evaluation of strategic options and actions.

　　H创新与变革管理

　　Enable success through innovative thinking,applying best in class strategies and disruptive technologies in the management of change;initiating,leading and organising projects,while effectively managing talent and other businessresources.

　　I职业技能

　　Apply a range of Professional Skills in addressing requirements within theStrategic Leader examination and in preparation for,or to support,current work experience.

　　由于SBL这门科目立足于企业**层管理人员，因此对于毫无工作经验，更别提高管经验的在校大学生而言是一种极大的挑战。

　　考P1P3的同学应该会有种出任CEO迎娶白富美的错觉，但是我觉得考试当天"蓝瘦香菇"应该是大概率事件......
